Vegetarian Burgers

Nature's Bakery vegetarian burgers were  featured in Isthmus's article "Rebuilding the Burger":

"Nature's Bakery makes three kinds of vegetarian burgers right on Williamson Street: The vegetarian, the grain and the walnut-tofu burger. They don't attempt to mimic the taste of hamburger, but taste great on their own.

The bakery's latest veggie entry, the walnut tofu burger, is delicious. It's wheat-free and vegan and is, of course, nutty. The overall taste seems vaguely familiar, like a walnutty stuffing on Thanksgiving.[...] Eco Rating: 5 [of 5]"

All of our burgers are precooked and sold frozen, and can be reheated and served in a number of delicious ways: pan-fried with a little olive oil; grilled (best when they go straight from the freezer to the grill); or diced and browned in Sloppy Joes, spaghetti sauce, pizza topping or chili. They are very versatile, and great for creativity in the kitchen!

The Amazing Grain Burger is our burger made with very little salt or oil, and is our recommended burger for those with these types of dietary restrictions.  All of our veggie burgers are, of course, a very healthy alternative for the grill.

All of our ingredients ready to get made into our tofu walnut burgers.  Lots of walnuts, mushrooms, tofu, celery, parsley, garlic, onion, oats and spices.
